项目摘要

1.診断-指導-評価態勢の確立学習障害という学際的な問題に対処するために、研究代表者は他の多くの専門家(県内小学校ことばの教室の教師や県教育センタ-の指導主事をはじめ、県立脳血管研究センタ-の医師など)と連携を図りながら、学習障害幼児に対する治療指導を展開する態勢を整えた。また、県内小学校ことばの教室の教師をコンサルティとする子ども中心の事例コンサルテ-ションを実施した。2.学習障害幼児の鑑別診断研究代表者は、学習障害の現時点で最も妥当だと思われる定義((1)中枢神経系の機能障害、(2)情報処理過程の障害、(3)読み書き算数能力やそれらの元となる基礎的技能の欠陥、除外条項、の4つの箇条から成る定義)を提示した。そして、これらの4つの箇条で表現される諸状態のすべてを保有していることを判別の基準にして、2名の研究分担者と協同で、コミュニケ-ションに問題をもつ約10名の学習障害幼児の鑑別診断を行つた。3.学習障害幼児に対する第1期治療指導の展開とその評価研究代表者は研究協力者と協同で、約5名の学習障害幼児に対して介入アプロ-チに基づく第1期治療指導を展開し、その評価を行つた。また、2名の研究分担者は研究協力者と協同で、約5名の学習障害幼児に対して情報処理アプロ-チに基づく第1期治療指導を展開し、その評価を行つた。

1. Diagnosis-guidance-evaluation of the situation, establishment of learning disabilities, inter-school problems, research representatives, and other departments (primary schools, classrooms, teachers, education centers, guidance managers, physicians, and vascular research centers), and the development of treatment guidance for learning disabilities. In addition, teachers in the classroom of primary schools in China have implemented the case study of the child center. 2. The representative of differential diagnosis of children with learning impairment suggests that the most appropriate definition of learning impairment is (1) functional impairment of central nervous system,(2) impairment of information processing process,(3) deficiency of basic skills in mathematical ability and other basic skills, except for items, and (4) individual definitions. 4 items of the study were identified as criteria for determining the status of children with learning disabilities, 2 study participants were identified as collaborators, and 10 children with learning disabilities were identified as differential diagnoses. 3. The study representative conducted the first phase of the intervention and evaluation of the first phase of the intervention for children with learning disabilities in collaboration with the study collaborators and about 5 participants. Two research collaborators collaborated with research collaborators, and about five children with learning disabilities began to develop basic treatment guidance and evaluation for information processing.
