项目摘要

1、個人別環境破壊度指標の作成のための基本資料とするために、一般市民の生活様式とエネルギ-消費量についてのアンケ-トを実施した。昨年は区部の住民29世帯を対象としたが、本年度は多摩地区、我孫子地区の住民について実施した。また、比較資料として、学生についても全く同じアンケ-トを実施した。本年度実施したアンケ-トの回答のうち、エネルギ-消費量では区部と多摩地区では比較的同じ傾向がみられた。我孫子市のグル-プは、熱源の多様性などでバラツキがあった。ガス、電気、プロパン、灯油など家庭で消費する生活必要熱源をジュ-ルでまとめたところ、各地区での特異性はなく、一所帯の人数および平均年令による消費量の差が明確となった。一所帯の人数が少ない程、また平均年令が高い程、エネルギ-消費量は大きい。これらの結果は家族の家庭滞在時間の総時間と水やエネルギ-の消費量に相関があることからもある程度は推定されるものの、エネルギ-別ではそれ程顕著な傾向が見られなかったので、大変注目されるべきことである。エネルギ-のなかにガソリン使用量を加算していないが、月あたり40リットルのガソリンの使用は年間使用する生活関連の一人あたりのエネルギ-の数倍に相当することがわかった。自動車を利用している人にはこの事実を知らせる必要がある。2.個人別環境破壊度指数の作成を行った。このチェックリストを点検することにより、生活と環境との関連が直ちに理解できるように点数表はなるべく単純化した。
