Weltumweltgeschichte in Environmental Humanities. Supporting Research Proposal for DFG Heisenberg Application

This grant application Weltumweltgeschichte in Environmental Humanities. Supporting Research Proposal for DFG Heisenberg application is connected to my simultaneously submitted DFG Heisenberg application, which seeks to disentangle the contours of a scholarly conversation between history as a discipline and the environmental humanities as a field in terms of concepts, theories, and methods. The purpose of this application is to attract DFG funding for supporting research infrastructure to the Heisenberg project in the form of a research assistant and two project workshops. Since this application does not propose new research, but only seeks financial support for research infrastructure, it is in large parts identical to the Heisenberg application.
