1.研究概要:日本両国関係に的を絞って資本進出、貿易面での企業調査と資料収集を実施した。特に、環渤海経済圏の一つである山東省を対象に農水産物の買付・加工・対日輸出システムの実態を明らかにするために5つの企業に対してヒアリングを行なった。研究課題に関する資料収集を行ない、特に(社)農協流通研究所の動向調査報告書(平成3〜6年度)が研究分析の視座を確立する上で活用された。ただ、企業調査には情報入手の面で制約が伴なうため、営業実績など数量的なデータの入手よりも定性的な実情に関わる予備的な聞き取りを行なうにとどめた。そのため、政府統計等の数量データの分析と企業調査との相互比較検討作業は次年度に行なうという研究方法上の修正が必要となった。2.企業調査結果の概要:(1)原料買付・加工(唐辛子)方式から開発輸入方式への転換事例(1社)。この事例では加工原料の確実な調達と品質確保の観点から原料生産過程の掌握への転換が確認された。(2)各種形態による食材加工・輸入の事例(3社)。委託加工1社、合弁加工1社、100%日本資本1社と進出形態は多様である。だが、日本市場の変化に対応して価格・品質・数量面で安定的な加工品供給を行なうために、労賃コストの上昇、加工品質の不安定、産地価格変動による原材料調達価格の不安定などの課題を抱えている。(3)山東省に進出する背景には原料・労働力立地という要因の他に輸出港に近いことがある。そのため、加工工場以降のシステムは確立されているが、原料調達・加工のリスクが高く、システムの確立が遅れ、加工工場がリスクの緩衝材となっている。3.残された課題:今後は企業事例数を増やし、数量データを入手し、政府統計との比較検討を進めると同時に、産地および産地市場の実態に関する分析が必要である。

In this case, it is necessary to ensure the quality of raw materials and the control of raw material production process. (2)Examples of food processing and input in various forms (Section 3). Consigned processing 1 company, combined processing 1 company, 100% Japanese capital 1 company, and the pattern of entry and exit is diverse. The Japanese market is changing, the quality and quantity of processed products are stable, the supply of processed products is stable, the quality of processed products is unstable, the quality of processed products is unstable, the origin of raw materials is changing, and the quality of raw materials is unstable. (3)Shandong Province import and export background, raw materials, power, location and other export port In addition, the processing plant has been established as a buffer material for raw material adjustment and processing. 3.
