本研究の目的は、「工業統計調査」と「石油等消費構造調査」の個票データをマッチングさせることにより、事業所ベースの統計から製造業4桁分類でのエネルギー消費構造を解明することである。今年度は、(1)製造業2桁、4桁分類でエネルギー原単位分布と基本統計量の作成、(2)4桁分類でエネルギー効率を考慮した事業所規模間生産性格差の計測、(3)2桁、4桁分類でエネルギーシェア-関数の計測、の3点を主たる内容としている。原単位の事業所分布については、いずれの産業でも概ね左に偏り、右に広い裾野を持つ形状を示すが、金額→カロリー→CO_2の順で分布の広がりが拡大する。生産性格差については、平均的に大規模事業所は小規模に比べより多くのカロリーを発生しているものの、燃料使用額の点では両者の違いはカロリーほど大きくないことがわかった。最後にエネルギーシェア-関数の推定では、原単位の大きい事業所はカロリー当たりで安価な燃料を用いているか、または資本ストック水準が最適水準より低いという結果が得られた。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data of "Industrial Statistics Survey" and "Petroleum Consumption Structure Survey" and to analyze the data of "Industrial Statistics Survey" and "Petroleum Consumption Structure Survey".
