项目摘要

本などでは、目次を眺めたりすることにより、おおよその内容の概観を把握することができる。しかし、ホームページでは画面が比較的小さいこともあって、全体の内容を一目で把握することは難しい。したがって、Web上の理科教材開発では以下のような基本的方針に従った。(1)ホームページの画面の構成としては、画面の右上に表示する内容を表す項目ボタンを常に配置した。この項目ボタンをクリックすることにより、その内容が表示されるようにした。(2)説明文中の難しい用語は、用語をクリックするとその解説が読めるようにした。これにより、ある程度知識や学力に幅のある生徒たちに教材として使ってもらえることを目指した。さらに、これらの用語解説をまとめた用語のページを用意し、まとめ的あるいは辞書的な機能ももたせた。(3)これら理科教材を学習していて理解できない点や疑問が生じたときには製作グループ宛に質問のメールを出すことができるようにした。それに対しては、メールで回答するシステムにした。(4)できるだけ図、静止画像、動画、アニメなどを使用するようにし、書籍などと異なる特質をもつweb上の教材を作成することを目指した。平成17、18年度においては、平成15-16年度に作成した理科教材のコンテンツの充実を行うとともに、「燃料電池」、「先端医療の科学」、「宇宙科学」と「光化学」のテーマについての教材作成を行った。
