英文摘要
There is a lack of evidence on neurophysiological insights in strength and coordination of human movement and training for the recovery of health (after e.g. sports injuries) and the improvement of (athletic) performance. The measuring device for exercise neuroscience and training analysis will help to describe kinetic and kinematic movement behavior in a standardized way utilizing functional force measurements (isokinetic test and training system) and mobile movement analysis (inertial sensors) and will be synchronized with research methods from neuroscience in terms of mobile electromyography (EMG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) added by a mobile 64-channel EEG system, which is already available. The complex device is unique in international exercise science research and offers the possibility of quantifying both kinematically and kinetically describable single- and multi-joint movements in individual analysis (cross-sectional study) and their training course (longitudinal study) with regard to their neurophysiological activity with temporal accuracy (EEG) and spatial precision (fNIRS). Due to the high degree of standardization of movements, neuromuscular/cortical activities and connectivities (dynamic networks) can be analyzed in a differentiated and integrated manner. A better understanding of the interplay between (realistic) movement and training load, in particular the underlying central mechanisms of neuroplasticity, forms an essential basis for differentiated training and intervention concepts. This research approach is intended to address questions in the fields of performance and health with regard to neurophysiologically based training monitoring and assessment in strength and coordination training in healthy individuals as well as patients with peripheral and central injuries. Answers can perspectively contribute to an improved performance development in sports and the restoration of health.
