英文摘要
Human body is composed by different shapes of tissues included various cells, 3D co-culture structures with multiform cell combinations and multi-shapes are crucial to mimic human tissues in vitro. However, it is difficult to create 3D microstructures with various shapes using only one technique in previous. Cell origami is a technique which can create microstructures from 2D to 3D directly. By changing the design of microplates, the shapes of 3D microstructures are possible to be changed easily. The purpose of this research is to create a number of 3D co-culture microstructures with various shapes by only one technique, cell origami. Using this technique, amount of 3D microstructures with various shapes, Regular tetrahedron, cube and Regular dodecahedron, were created simply.
