Integrated study of the humanities and science for the preservation of land and conservation of natural environment in Mongolia

本研究旨在协助蒙古学者和实践者制定市场经济与环境保护相容的政策和立法。本文从土地与环境立法、社会影响研究和矿产资源实际利用研究三个方面考察了蒙古市场经济立法对社会和环境的影响。研究结果在2012年9月和2013年3月在蒙古举行的研讨会上进行了报告，这些报告被用作将于2013年秋季审议的行政法典起草的参考日期。

This study aims to assist to draw up the policy and legislation for the compatibility of market economy and environment preservation by Mongolian scholar and practitioner. It investigates the influence to society and environment by the legislation toward the market economy in Mongolia by means of study of land and environmental legislation, study of social influence and study of actual usage of mineral resource. The results of study was reported on the seminar held on September 2012 and March 2013 in Mongolia, and these reports were used as the reference date for the drafting the administrative code which would be deliberated on autumn 2013.
