This study aims to assist to draw up the policy and legislation for the compatibility of market economy and environment preservation by Mongolian scholar and practitioner. It investigates the influence to society and environment by the legislation toward the market economy in Mongolia by means of study of land and environmental legislation, study of social influence and study of actual usage of mineral resource. The results of study was reported on the seminar held on September 2012 and March 2013 in Mongolia, and these reports were used as the reference date for the drafting the administrative code which would be deliberated on autumn 2013.

本研究旨在为蒙古族学者和实践者制定市场经济与环境保护相适应的政策和立法提供帮助。通过对蒙古国土地与环境立法的研究、社会影响的研究和矿产资源实际利用情况的研究，考察了蒙古国市场经济立法对社会与环境的影响。2012年9月和2013年3月在蒙古举行的研讨会上报告了研究结果，这些报告被用作起草将于2013年秋季审议的行政法的参考日期。
