地理情報システムを活用した空間処理によって，小児が在籍する学校近隣の建造環境，自然環境項目を算出した．また，それらのデータを以前に行ってた思春期小児の質問紙調査のデータと組み合わせることによって，データセットの作成が完了した．同時に，統計ソフト「R」の使用技術を高め，統計解析を行うための準備を終えた．「思春期小児の身体活動に関連する近隣環境の解明」，「思春期小児の肥満傾向に関連する近隣環境の解明」については統計解析がおおむね終了し，国内外の学会での発表も行った．具体的には，The 27th Annual Congress of the European College of Sports Science，第77回日本体力医学会大会，The 8th ASIAN CONFERENCE for FRAILTY AND SARCOPENIA，第43回日本肥満学会・第40回日本肥満症治療学会学術集会，日本発育発達学会第21回大会で筆頭演者として発表を行った．その他，共演者として国際学会で3報，国内学会で12報の発表が行われた．また，思春期小児の質問紙調査のデータを基にして，学校の運営母体間（公立学校か国立学校か）による睡眠習慣の差異を比較検討した研究結果が，発育発達研究に掲載された．現在，国内外の学会で発表を行った内容を基に，学会内でのディスカッションを参考にして研究の質を向上させ，国際誌への投稿を目指して論文執筆を行っている．
