最終年度としての第三年度は、第一年度・第二年度の成果としての資料研究録第1集と第2集の内容を踏まえたうえで、研究分担者夫々の立場から理想的交通法体系のイメージを築きつつ、交通法規と規制の効率向上の視点からの現状に対する提案をまとめることを課題として研究を進めることとし、9回の研究会を開いた。これらの研究会において、西岡秀三(国立公害研究所),所 一彦(立教大・法),宮原守男(虎ノ門法律事務所),冨永誠美(全日空顧問),平尾 收(自在研),岡野行秀(東大・経),江守一郎(成蹊大・工)の各氏夫々の立場からの提言についての意見が出された。これらは岡野行秀氏によって、第1回「大学と科学」公開シンポジウム(昭和62年1月30〜31日,於東商ホール)に発表された。なお、夫々の提言の内容の詳細については、研究録第3集として報告する予定である。研究会は下記の日時に開いた。第1回 昭和61年4月1〜3日第2回 昭和61年6月7日 10時〜13時第3回 昭和61年7月5日 10時〜13時第4回 昭和61年7月31日 10時〜13時第5回 昭和61年9月6日 10時〜13時第6回 昭和61年10月4日 10時〜13時第7回 昭和61年11月1日 10時〜13時第8回 昭和61年12月6日 10時〜13時第9回 昭和62年2月7日 10時〜13時
