The Preminary investigation about Japanese Classic Literature in U.S.A.

日本手稿集由耶鲁大学拜内克图书馆收藏，由浅川研一教授收藏。1907年在耶鲁大学任教。对《日本手抄本集》进行了调查，收集了约842件手抄本的经书资料。我们在斯特林纪念图书馆找到了日本手稿收藏的144件手稿。并对耶鲁日本协会藏品进行了调查，收集了有关资料。但遗憾的是，在L.C.的另一部分，对日本手稿收藏的调查不完整。最后，我们起草了“日本手稿收藏报告与目录”，kaneko博士撰写了部分报告。他是耶鲁大学东亚收藏馆馆长。

Japanese Manuscript Collection owned by Beinecke Library in Yall Univ. It has collected by Kanichi Asakawa who was Prf. of Yall Univ. in 1907.We have investigated about Japanese Manuseript Collection and have collected bibligraphical deta about 842 works of manusripts. And we found out 144 works of manuscripts which are part of Japanese Manuscript Collection in Sterling Memorial Library.Then we also investigated about Yale Association of Japan Collection and collected deta about them. But we regret incomplete investigation about Japanese Manuscript Collection in another part of L.C. Finally we draw up "Report and Catalog of Japanese Manuscript Collection" Dr.Kaneko have writtend part of Report. heis curator of East asian Collection in Yale Univ.
