项目摘要

Since the cause of various health problems in the most areas of China is due to the high fluorine and arsenic content in drinking water, the principal means of prevention is to decrease the concentration of fluorine and arsenic in drinking water. To remove pollutants such as fluorine and arsenic from ground water in China, it is necessary to clear up the following problems : energy saving, resources savings and environmental protection.In this research project, we assessed the systems of pollutants removal from ground water from the view point of environmentally conscious technology. Results of this research project are summarized as follows :(1) Problems of fluorine and arsenic in China are quite serious conditions. Therefore, water treatment technique adapted to economic and technological conditions of China is required.(2) To remove fluorine in polluted water, conversion reaction of calcium phosphates is quite useful. Calcium phosphates is converted to fluoroapatite (FApCaィイD210ィエD2(POィイD24ィエD2)ィイD26ィエD2FィイD22ィエD2: Ap = apatite), which is one of natural fluoride resources. Using this reaction, fluoride ions in drinking water is removed as Fluoride-apatite with high efficiency.(3) It is appeared that waste from marine products industry, such as fish bone and shells, are able to use start materials for the removal of fluorine from polluted water.
我国大部分地区的各种健康问题都是由于饮用水中氟、砷含量高造成的,因此降低饮用水中氟、砷含量是预防的主要手段。为了解决我国地下水中氟、砷等污染物的去除问题,必须解决节能、节约资源和保护环境的问题,本课题从环境技术的角度对地下水污染物去除系统进行了评价。本课题的主要研究结果如下:(1)我国氟、砷污染问题相当严重。因此,需要有适合我国经济技术条件的水处理技术。(2)磷酸钙的转化反应是去除污水中氟的有效方法。磷酸钙转化为氟磷灰石(FApCa β D210 β D2(PO β D24 β D2)β D26 β D2F β D22 β D2:Ap =磷灰石),其是天然氟化物资源之一。利用该反应,饮用水中的氟离子以氟磷灰石的形式被高效去除。(3)研究表明,海产品加工业产生的废弃物,如鱼骨、贝壳等,可以作为去除水中氟的起始原料。
