项目摘要

当該研究課題の第3年度である今年度は①新疆大学所蔵資料体の目録編纂の継続作業、②収集資料に依拠した書誌・歴史研究、③研究成果公開普及活動としてのセミナーの開催、④収集文書公開へ向けたオンライン上の資料体構築作業の継続、の4点につき活動を実施した。①目録編纂については、日本において作業を継続するとともに、8-9月および3月に原文書の所蔵先である新疆大学を訪問し、実文書の研究・データ整理作業、現地研究者と個別文書の内容につき意見交換の機会を持った。②書誌・歴史研究については、文書の書式論に関する研究をBrill社刊行の論集において発表した他、文書記述に現れる債務契約およびワクフ契約に関する研究を集中的に行い、その成果の一端を後述する公開セミナー、中国西北民族大学と蘭州大学での講演（9月）、シンガポール国立大学での国際学会（10月）にて報告した。③研究成果の公開としては7月に国内研究者20数名、中国からの招へい研究者1名の参加になる「新疆文書研究セミナー」を東洋文庫において開催し、新疆民間文書の収集・整理・研究状況につき知見の共有を図るとともに、新疆における債務契約の実態、並びに近代のスーフィの活動に関する地方史料に関する研究報告・意見交換を行った。④オンライン資料体構築についてはWordPressを利用した資料体公開作業に着手した。研究代表者の国外機関への異動により、当研究課題は研究期間1年を残し中途終了を余儀なくされた。そのため当研究課題の最大の成果である新疆イスラーム法廷文書資料体は遺憾ながら制度上は当該化研期間の終了後（平成29年度）公開の予定となった。しかし当科研によって発表された研究論文、複数の講演、セミナーはこれまで全く未整備であった同種の新疆文書資料につきまとまった知見を提供するものであり、その意味において当科研は十分に所期の目的を達成したものと判断される。
