项目摘要

本研究では、第一段階として、COVID-19に対応するクリティカルケア看護師が体験するモラルディストレスの様相を把握し、モラルレジリエンスとの関連を検討する。第二段階として、クリティカルケア看護師への支援について新たなアプローチを構築するための検討をする。2022年度は、第一段階の前段階としてクリティカルケアにおける「モラルディストレス（Moral Distress）」、「モラルレジリエンス（Moral Resilience）」、「共感疲労（二次的外傷性ストレス）」ほか、関連している概念を整理し、それぞれどのように研究が進められているかやこれらの概念の関係性を明確にするための文献レビューを行った。「モラル」に関しては、日本独自の風土が考えられるが、これらの概念は日本語文献が少ない事から、海外文献も参考にしている。研究の動向は、日本救急看護学会や日本看護科学学会、日本看護研究学会、日本保健医療社会学会等の学会に参加し、広く看護師のモラルディストレスや共感疲労等の情報収集と現況の理解に努めた。また、「感情労働」の第一人者である専門家に相談する機会を設け、概念を整理、理解する上での助言を得た。
