本研究（全体構想）は、「乳児虐待リスク予測システム（仮称）」の構築に向けて、北海道内の周産期母子医療センター機能を有する総合病院と協働して進める。研究は、①データ収集、②ICT利用によるデータ集約とデータベースシステム等の構築、③AIによる乳児虐待リスク要因の判別、④乳児虐待リスク予測システムプロトタイプの開発、⑤プロトタイプの試用と精度評価の5段階ですすめる。2022年度は、研究協力施設の医療記録・看護記録データを統一するための、データ書式変換と抽出のためのデータ集計システムを整備した。データは、a虐待リスクなし・虐待なし、b虐待リスクなし・虐待あり、c虐待リスクあり・虐待なし、d虐待リスクあり・虐待ありの4群に分類して収集し、現在、札幌、釧路、砂川の研究対象施設3施設についてデータを入力している。2022年度は、コロナ禍の影響や、対象施設の電子カルテの変更等に伴い、手続き等に影響を受け、ややデータ入力が遅れた。現在、①については、釧路の研究対象施設で150件程度のデータについて入力を完了した。砂川の研究対象施設では600件程度のデータを精査している。札幌の対象施設は、データ抽出に時間がかかっており、現在入力途中の段階である。並行して、釧路のデータについては、研究②、③の解析を進めている段階である。研究分担者とは、1回/月に定例会を実施し、研究の進捗確認、役割分担の確認、情報共有を実施している。引き続き、事象発生前の周産期・新生児期において、乳児虐待の発生を未然に防止することを目的に研究を進めている。
