本研究は、アルコール依存症の当事者と配偶者のリカバリー促進プログラムとして、人間関係の深化ツールを作成することである。2022年度は、人間関係の深化ツールを作成するにあたり、人間関係の深化で重要な概念の一つと考えた「絆」を鍵概念として、①アルコール依存症の夫婦の「絆」の概念分析のための文献を収集し、概念分析を進めた（現在も継続して進めている）。概念分析について、研究開始当初はSchwartzBarcott&Kimが提唱した、Hybrid Modelにて概念分析を実施する予定であったが、当事者と配偶者は意図的に「絆」の概念を用いて「絆」を深化させるわけではなく、無意識のうちに「絆」を深化させるものであることが明らかとなった。加え、我が国では「絆」の概念でアルコール依存症のリカバリーを捉えた研究が皆無であるため、概念分析では「絆」の構造と機能を明確にし、用法、属性を抽出し、その後「絆」の定義をして、アルコール依存の夫婦に応用可能か考察することを目的とするため、Hybrid Modelではなく、Walker＆Avantの概念分析を使用することに変更した。さらに2022年度は、人間関係の深化ツールとしての②「渡辺式アルコール依存症版」の作成と洗練化を実施した。「渡辺式アルコール版」は、文献検討とフィールドワークにて「精神科病院の看護師」「当事者（断酒会の会員）」「配偶者（家族会の会員）」と共に現行の「渡辺式」を基に「渡辺式アルコール依存症版」の素案を作成後、当事者とその配偶者が使用可能なレベルにまで洗練化するものであり、フィールドワークをしつつ進めるものである。現在、当事者とその家族に展開し洗練化しつつある段階である。今後は、「渡辺式アルコール依存症版」を作成・実施し、「渡辺式アルコール依存症版」を用いた結果、当事者と配偶者の「絆」の変化を質的・量的に明確にしていく。
