令和4年度の計画に基づき、ザンビア人助産師に対する質問紙調査の質問項目について、研究協力者であるザンビア人助産師２名と意見交換を行った。調査票に加える項目の概要は、以下の通りで、選択式回答及び自由回答とする。①属性（経験年数、職種：医師/産科医/助産師/准助産師/看護師、管理職か否か、年齢階層）、②現行のトラウベによる間歇的聴診法のモニタリングの質について、満足しているか、③分娩室で、1日当たり何人の産婦を担当しているか、④分娩室で、各勤務帯に何人の助産師が配置されているか、⑤パルトグラムは、分娩モニタリングに有効だと思うか、⑥パルトグラムで規定されたタイミングでモニタリングできない理由は何か（マンパワー、器材不足等）、⑦これまでにCTGによる分娩モニタリングをした経験はあるか、⑧CTGによる胎児モニタリングの方法を知ってるか、⑨どうしたら、分娩モニタリングの質をあげられると思うか（間歇的聴診法、CTGの使用、超音波の導入等）、⑩質の良いモニタリングは、新生児のアウトカムを改善すると思うか令和4年1月に、ルサカ市内の研究協力施設５施設（マテロ、チレンジェ、カニャマ、チパタ、チャワマ病院）の院長と対面し、研究協力の依頼を行った。5施設から、研究協力の同意書（permit letter）を得た。ザンビア大学の助産学科所属の研究協力者から、倫理審査の必要な書類を受領した。ザンビア大学の倫理審査委員会に提出する準備を進めていく。
