项目摘要

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により高齢者の健康二次被害の状況を確認するアンケート調査を，2022年12月～1月にかけて，岐阜県揖斐広域連合の協力を得て実施した。現在はデータ整備中であり，2023年5月以降から分析を開始する予定をしている。一方で，岐阜県関市において，2023年９月にサロン活動を運営している住民への意識調査を実施した。社会活動の機会を提供していた住民が，感染症の拡大を恐れて中止せざるを得ない状況だった時期を踏まえて，感染症の動向を見て再開するサロンと中止したままのサロンとがある。その違いを探る意識調査を100名に実施した。その結果，特に差がある項目はなく，誰かが（国や県や市町村）が，「感染が拡大しても誰のせいでもない」という認識を広めてほしいことが分かった。この結果は，アンケート対象者にも返却し，関市役所・関市社会福祉協議会の協力を得て，サロン再開に向けた取り組みを実施している。また，愛知県東栄町社会福祉協議会の取り組みをヒアリングした。社協と住民とワークショップを開き，サロンが中止しているが，サロンのそもそもの目的を再考し，「住民同士のつながりを切らさない」ことが目的共有した。さらに，声掛けを継続したり，感染症の状況を見て再開したりと，常に社会福祉協議会と住民が相談しあいながら，住民同士のつながりを絶やさない取り組みを実施していることが確認できた。研究論文として，地域づくりのプログラム作成に向けて，我が国の取り組み状況や課題，地域づくりの評価方法に関するレビュー論文を実施した。また，心理社会的側面を地域レベルで健康状況との関連を調査し，プログラム作成に向けた根拠となる論文作成にも携わった。
