项目摘要

本研究は、行動変容理論等を活用した大学生への減災行動支援プログラムを開発し、大学生を対象にした無作為化比較試験で減災行動促進への効果を検証し、減災行動支援のエビデンスを創出することを目的とした研究である。今年度は、下記4つの資材を開発し、減災行動支援プログラムを開発した。【1】大地震に関する事実を知り、大地震への備えへの意識を高める「意識の高揚」のための資材【2】大地震への備えを行わずに被災した場合のことなど、感情が動く体験をする「感情的体験」、大地震への備えを行った場合の自分自身のメリットを考える「自己の再評価」、大地震への備えを行った場合の家族や地域のメリットを考える「環境の再評価」のプロセスをフィクションで体験する漫画資材【3】「物」（非常時持ち出し品、備蓄品、常備薬など）、「住まい」（家具の配置、家具の固定など）、「場所」（避難場所、家族との集合場所など）で構成した、自身の現在の備えの状況を確認できる資材【4】大地震への「備えの障壁」を減少させ、大地震への備えをどのように行うか具体的に考える「実行意図」のための資材加えて、無作為化比較試験の研究計画書などを作成した。
