本研究の目的は、研究①アクティビティケア全般の評価における日本語版the GCCWBOTの信頼性・妥当性の検討。研究②アクティビティケア全般の評価における日本語版the GCCWBOTの有効性の検討である。我々は、認知症高齢者を対象としたビジュアルアートセラピーの心理的効果を評価するための尺度である日本語版the Greater Cincinnati Chapter Well-Being Observation Tool (the GCCWBOT)を開発した（令和元年度～令和3年度基盤研究C、Kawakubo＆Ohyama,2023 1))。この開発した日本語版尺度が測定具として高齢者のアクティビティケア全般で使用できるか検討する。令和4年度は、介護施設に入所している高齢者にアクティビティケア3種類：アートセラピー（臨床美術）、ぬりえ、アクティビティを6週間ずつ週1回実施した。アクティビティケア中の高齢者の状態を高齢者1名につき評価者2名で日本語版the GCCWBOTで評価した。また、介入前と介入18週後にMMSE、介入6週間後、12週間後、18週間後にNPI-NH、shortQOL-Dの評価を実施した。1)Etsuko Kawakubo, Yoshio Ohyama.
