医療機関における相談員、両立支援コーディネーターの治療と仕事の両立支援に関する困難感のインタビューに際して必要となる、インタビューガイドの作成を行った。インタビュー対象となる両立支援に対して複数の経験を持つ相談員については、研究協力者と協力してインタビュー対象者選定は実施済みで、倫理審査も通過しており、インタビュー実施の直前であるが、現在研究代表者が産前産後休暇・育児休業を取得しているため、研究が中断している。研究代表者の復帰後に改めて本研究を再開する予定である。
