心筋梗塞患者では心拍変動とともに動脈圧受容器反射（baroreflex sensitivity：BRS）Bが低下し、突然死予測指標として有用とされている。この指標の改善のため私は、若手研究において低強度レジスタンス運動後にBRSの活動が亢進する知見を得ている。そこで本研究は、冠動脈バイパス術後患者における低・中強度レジスタンス運動中のBRSの変化について、膝関節伸展運動を用いレジスタンス運動前後のBRSの変化について明らかにする事で、心疾患患者における予後予測指標であるBRSが改善する運動強度を明確にし、臨床応用となる運動療法の1つに確立していきたい。今年度は、今後の計測の準備をお行った。まず、共同研究先である金沢大学医学部付属病院心臓リハビリテーション室に運動負荷装置レッグエクステンション(HUR社製)を購入し、設置した。また、金沢大学医学部付属病院の倫理審査委員会に研究倫理申請を行った。これらの進捗状況の確認とその他消耗品の購入など計測準備の状況の確認のため、金沢大学医学部付属病院に1度伺い、意見交換などを実施した。

In patients with myocardial infarction, the heart rate and arterial pressure receptor reflex (baroreflex sensitivity: BRS) are low and the sudden death prediction index is useful.このIndicator improvementのためprivateは, Wakatou researchにおいてlow-intensityレジスタンスにBRSのactivityがhyperactivityするknowledgeをgetている after exercise. In this study, patients after coronary artery disease were undergoing low- to moderate-intensity exercise.のBRSの変化について、 Knee extension exercise をいレジスタンスのBRSの before and after exercise変化について明らかにする事で、Patients with heart disease におけるPredictive indicators after treatment であるBRSがThe improvement of exercise intensity has been clearly established, and the clinical application of exercise therapy has been established. Preparations for this year’s and future measurements will be carried out.まず、Co-research center, Department of Cardiology, Hospital Affiliated to Kanazawa University School of Medicine The exercise load device was purchased and installed from Reflextronics (manufactured by HUR Co., Ltd.). The research ethics application was approved by the Ethics Review Committee of the Hospital Affiliated to Kanazawa University School of Medicine. Confirmation of the status of the purchase of other consumables, measurement and preparation of other consumables, confirmation of the status of the purchase of consumables, Kanazawa University Medical School Affiliated Hospital's first degree service, and exchange of opinions.
