项目摘要

２０２２年度は，研究課題①として国内外の文献や研究資料などをもとに，学士課程教育における質保証の在り方，教職課程における質保証の在り方についての研究成果や課題を導出すること，海外の事例を調査すること，研究課題②として入学前の学生の教職体験に関する実態調査を行い，どのような入学前教職体験が行われたのかについて，その成果や課題を明らかにする（質的調査）ことであった。研究課題①については，特に高度専門職業人の早期臨床体験実習に関する国内外の文献の資料収集を中心に行い、課題を整理した。また，海外についてはカナダとシンガポールを調査する予定としていたが，新型コロナウイルスの影響もあり実施できなかった。そのため，次年度以降に調査を計画し，海外の先駆的な取り組みと日本の事例を比較しながら課題の導出を行っていく必要がある。研究課題②については、入学前教職体験プログラムの開発にあたって，実現可能なプログラムを策定するため，学生が実際にどのように入学前教育を捉えているのかについてインタビュー調査を行った。具体的には，学生は入学前教育について入学後の大学での学びとの接続をほとんど意識していないこと，入学前から目的意識の高い学生（教師を目指すと決めていた学生）は入学前教育を肯定的に捉えて課題を行っており，入学後もその意欲が継続している可能性があること，などが明らかとなった。今後は入学前教育教職体験プログラムの策定に向けて高校側との調整も行う予定である
