課題①に関しては、自由意志の実験哲学で知られている具体事例-抽象事例間の直観の差異は責任帰属直観を産出するシステムが正常に機能した結果として理解できるとする理論、「説明表象説」の構築に成功した。本成果を報告した応用哲学会の発表、「責任帰属直観と具体・抽象のパラドクス」は高く評価され、応用哲学会より学会賞を授与された。また、前期から後期にかけて本説を実証的に擁護するための研究を計画し、第一段階として、バイパス判断や侵入判断といった決定論の誤解は、責任帰属直観の多様性を説明しつくすものではないことを明らかにすることを試みた。おおむね仮説を支持する結果を得ることができており、第5回非難の哲学・倫理学研究会で中間報告を行った。課題②に関しては、自由意志の実験哲学における研究を踏まえて哲学的直観に関する専門性擁護を支持する議論を構築し、国際誌Revista de Humanidades de Valparaisoへ論文を投稿した。本論文では、自由意志の実験哲学において知られている決定論の理解度の問題に着目し、哲学者は一般人に比べて決定論を正確に理解できるという観点から、哲学者の直観と他分野の専門家の判断との間には重要なアナロジーが成立することを示した。哲学的直観の信頼可能性に関する問題を解決することで、自由意志論における多元論を直観的に正当化する上での重要な障壁を克服することができた。課題③に関しては、医師個人の自律的選択の侵害という観点から、医学部地域枠制度の倫理的問題点を明らかにし、医学哲学倫理学会において成果を発表した。本発表においては、両立論的な自由意志概念として理解可能な自律概念を用いて個別具体的問題を分析することで、多元論の立場から自由意志が関わる倫理的問題を分析するため予備的な作業を完了することができた。
