项目摘要

現在の対話システムは対話履歴に対して尤もらしい応答を生成できるようになりつつあるが，外部知識の活用や，相手の発話の意味解釈はいまだ課題として残されている．本年度は，対話システムにおける外部知識の適切な活用に向け，外部知識に基づいた，人間同士の対話を約5,000件収集し，外部知識選択や対話応答生成を評価できるベンチマークデータセット JMRD を構築，公開した．またJMRDの発話中のエンティティ（名詞など）に，各エンティティの情報源を示すアノテーションを追加で施し，その情報源と発話の魅力度について分析を行った．分析結果より，外部知識だけでなく人間が元々持つ話者由来情報を用いることで，より魅力的な応答が得られることを示した．また，対話中の話者内部状態のモデル化に向け，より話者内部状態の変化や，その変化に応じた応答が含まれた対話が必要であると考え，映画推薦を題材に新たに対話を約1,000件収集した．この対話収集では，被推薦者側の内部状態を，推薦者と被推薦者がそれぞれアノテーションしながら対話を行う設定とした．これにより，推薦者が付与した客観的な話者内部状態と被推薦者が付与した主観的な話者内部状態を観測できる．特に被推薦者自身が付与した主観的な話者内部状態ラベルは対話収集後のアノテーションでは得られないため、本対話は有用性の高いデータであると考えられる．また文よりも細かいエンティティを話者内部状態の判断対象とすることで，詳細な話者内部状態の追跡が可能となる．
