项目摘要

採用１年目にあたる今年度は、大坂大工組関係の史料群である古橋家文書の調査を東京工業大学博物館、大阪市史編纂所で行い、他にも大工組や作事関係史料の調査を東京大学法学部研究室図書室法制史資料室、大阪府立中之島図書館、茨木市立文化財資料館で行った。それをもとに、研究目的である(1)巨大都市大坂の大工集団（大工組）の実態解明、(2)大坂の都市社会における大工の建築生産の実態解明に即して研究を進めた。その内容は以下の通りである。①古橋家文書に含まれる大坂大工組の独自の法（身分内法）について、発令・伝達形式と内容を整理し、大坂大工組を規律する「職法」と政治社会全体を覆う公儀法度の関係を解明し、『市大日本史』25号に論文として発表した。②大坂大工組の身分内法などの法史料と具体的な作事に関わる史料を用いて、大坂大工組の内部構造とその外縁に展開した非公認の存在（無札大工）の存在形態を併せて解明した。その内容は『ヒストリア』298号に掲載予定である。③天保改革による株仲間解散下での大工組の実態を分析することで大工組の持つ複数の機能とそれぞれの関係を解明した。その内容は小円座「近世大坂の都市社会と大工集団」で口頭報告を行った。④大坂の南端に隣接する難波村の庄屋家文書を引き継ぐ成舞家文書に含まれる寺社関係史料を利用して、寺社作事の申請過程とそこでの難波村庄屋や町奉行所役人、大工の担う役割を解明した。その内容は、第61回近世史サマーセミナーで口頭報告を行い、一部を塚田孝他編『〈都市・周縁〉科研報告書「浄土宗法善寺一件留」無番１―大坂・難波村関係史料３―』の解説論文として発表した。⑤近世都市社会史などの近年の研究動向を整理し、大坂大工組に即して近世都市の職人集団についての研究課題をまとめた論考を『歴史科学』250号に発表した。
