1.地域エネルギー需要構造調査およびその結果のモデルのための探索的データ解析手法の開発[分担者 大橋靖雄(東大・医)、奥野忠一、芳賀敏郎(東京理科大・工)、田口東、志村健一(山梨大・工)、正法地考雄(広島大・総合科学)、袴田共之(国立公害研)、協力者・宇田川武俊、岩元明久(農業環境技研)]昨年度より継続して島根県隠岐郡を対象とし、布施村について村全体としてのエネルギー需要構造調査を予備調査、面接による本調査、補完調査の3段階で実施した。また、隠岐郡全体としてのエネルギー供給実態等について間き取り調査を行った。それらの調査結果を分析集計し、昨年度までに調査した町村での結果とあわせて解析を進めて報告した。なお過去6ヶ年の調査データを統一ファイルとして整備しつつ、ファイル管理・集計・検索システムの検討を行った。2.生物生産システムにおけるエネルギー収支の実験的・統計的解析に関する研究[分担者 岩城英夫(筑波大・生物科学系)、内嶋善兵衛(農業環境技研)、大久保忠旦(東大・附属牧場)、鹿子嶋力(福井県立短大・農)、松中昭一、堀尾尚志(神戸大・農)、片岡洋一、昆誠一、河本綏雄(東京理科大・工)]隠岐郡の調査への協力テーマとして、隠岐島における森林のエネルギー分析、隠岐郡における使用化学肥料・農薬エネルギーの分伏、隠岐郡知夫村での畜産物生産におけるエネルギー消費の分析などが行われた。森林資源については、その分布、蓄積量、利用可能量が把握でき、種々のケースについての収獲量の年次変化の予測が検討された。また、隠岐郡を一つのまとまった生態系としてその圏域でのエネルギー収支の実態がそれぞれの側面から明らかにされた。個別テーマとしては、自然植生の純1次生産力への気候暖化の影響評価、小水力発電システムの評価、多毛作農業でのエネルギー消費調査がとりあげられ、その成果が報告された。

Development of data analysis methods for structural investigation of regional needs [Contributors: Yasuo Hashimoto (Toda Medical University), Tadakazu Okuno, Toshiro Yoshiga (Tokyo University of Science and Engineering), Higashi Taguchi, Kenichi Shimura (Yamanashi University of Engineering), Kakao Masahiro (Hiroshima University, Science and Technology), Hakata Kyoyuki (National Institute of Environmental Pollution), collaborators Utakawa Taketoshi, Iwamoto Akihisa (Agricultural Environmental Technology Institute)] Yesterday, the three stages of structural survey preparation, face-to-face survey and supplementary survey were carried out. The investigation was carried out during the investigation of the supply status of the whole county. The results of the survey were analyzed and reported yesterday. For the past six years, the investigation and management of the project has been carried out in a unified manner. 2. Research on Statistical Analysis of Biological Production System [Contributor Hideo Iwaki](Tsukuba University, Department of Biological Sciences), Uchishima Yoshibei (Agricultural Environmental Technical Research Institute), Okubo Tadanami (Toda University, Affiliated Ranch), Shikako Shiori (Fukui Prefectural University, Hiroshi Fukui, Shoichi Matsunaka, Naoshi Horio, Yoichi Kataoka, Seiichi Kuni, Suio Kawamoto, Tokyo University of Science and Engineering)] Investigation and cooperation in Kiki Prefecture, forest production analysis in Kiki Island, distribution of chemical fertilizers and agricultural production in Kiki Prefecture, and animal production analysis in Chio Village, Kiki Prefecture. The distribution, accumulation, and utilization capacity of forest resources are well understood, and the annual changes in harvest volume of species are well predicted. The ecological system and the ecological environment of the city are different from each other. The results of individual studies, evaluation of climate warming effects on pure primary productivity of natural vegetation, evaluation of small water power generation systems, and research on production and consumption of agricultural crops are reported.
