文部省特定研究「情報化社会における言語の標準化」(昭和57年度〜昭和59年度)の研究成果の取りまとめを行った。1 文部省学術用語集統合リストの編集・刊行文部省学術用語集として刊行されている23分野の就合リストを、昨年度、林班藤原グループ及び総括班用語委員会が協力して作成したが、それを、ローマ字のアルファベット順の用語配列とし、1962ページの統合リストにまとめ刊行した。刊行した統合リストは関係機関及び関係者に配付した。2 「情報化社会における言語の標準化」(成果取りまとめ報告書) の編集・刊行成果取りまとめ計画に基づき、原稿執筆依頼、原稿の検討、編集、校正を行い、700ページの成果取りまとめ報告書を刊行し、配付した。第1部には、計画研究班(10班)の研究及び成果の概要を収録し、第2部には、上記各研究班の研究成果の中から 本特定研究の目的に照らして 最もよく目的達成がみられた研究を選び出し、その研究内容・成果についての直接の研究担当者が執筆した論文26編を収録してある。なお付録には、総括班新聞委員会の研究・成果の概要をも収録してある。
