研究目的】近年流域における土地利用・水利用の形態が変化し、流域内の水循環過程・物質輸送過程に変化が生じ、種々の問題が発生している。本研究は、流域および河川の比較研究によって、流域構造の効果を包含した水循環・物質輸送過程の解明をはかり、土地利用・水利用の変化に対応する適切な水利用戦略の体系を確立するための学問的基礎を構築することを目的とする。研究成果】課題1 流域における水循環過程の比較研究11植生・気候条件の異なる豊平川・白川両流域において、流出特性土壌水分・蒸発散量の現地観測を継続するとともに、流出成分系ごとの流出数値モデルを開発し地質・地形・植性の影響を実験および数値計算で検討した。12安定同位体比から木曽川流域の地下水の供給源と水系区分を明らかにした。また放射性同位体比から阿蘇山流域の地下水の水系区分と降雨から流出までの滞留時間を明らかにした。課題2 流域における物質輸送過程の比較研究211焼岳・豊平川両流域において流域の堆積土砂量および土砂生産様式ごとの生産量の測定を継続した。212流域ごとの河道特性土砂土砂輸送特性の違いを、幾つかの流域について調査し比較検討した。既往の取水施設と河道特性との関係を比較調査し、取水方式の選択基準と問題点を比較検討した。全国のダム堆砂資料から流域特性を考慮した堆砂量の予測式を開発した。221貯水池・湖沼における水質変化のシミュレーション・モデルを開発し、多くの事例について比較検討した。222生物難分解性有機物の評価指標を提案し、水質管理の在り方と問題点を比較検討した。総括班 ワーキング・グループにより、我が国の産業構造と水利用の変化の実態を利根川流域を例に調査した。シンポジウムを開催し、研究班全体の方向付けと各課題間の調整を実施した。

Purpose: In recent years, the land use and water use patterns in river basins have changed, and the water cycle and material transport processes in river basins have changed, and the problems of species have emerged. Topic 2: Comparative Study on Material Transportation Process in River Basin 211: Measurement of Accumulation and Production of Soil and Sand in River Basin 212 River Basin Characteristics Soil and Sand Transport Characteristics Investigation and Comparison Comparison and investigation of the relationship between water intake facilities and river characteristics, comparison and investigation of the selection criteria and problem points of water intake methods The prediction formula of sand accumulation quantity is developed by considering the characteristics of the basin and the sand accumulation data of the whole country. 221. Water quality changes in reservoirs and lakes are discussed in detail. 222 Evaluation index of biodegradable organic matter, water quality management in the direction of the problem, comparison and discussion A survey on the industrial structure and water utilization of China was conducted on the basis of the survey results of the Tonegawa River Basin. The research team started to work and the entire research team was able to adjust between the topics.
