Study of burning performance of biomas pellet burner in agricultural use

本文研究了生物质颗粒燃烧器的燃烧性能及其在农业工厂中安装的加热装置。而这项研究的目的是将其付诸实践。该燃烧器由料斗、给料管、鼓风机和旋涡燃烧室组成。主要结果如下：1。燃烧器的燃烧层依次由灰层、氧化层、还原层和碳化层组成。燃烧器的燃烧性能受鼓风量和颗粒量的影响。适宜的燃烧条件为空气速度4.0 ~ 10 m/s，颗粒进料速度16 kg/h。在安装生物质颗粒燃烧器的加热装置的实际使用试验中，加热室内的温度几乎是均匀的。从以上试验可以清楚地看出，配备生物质颗粒燃烧器的加热装置对实际使用表现出很大的适应性。

This study dealt with the burning performance of a biomass pellet burner and of heating unit fitted with it in the agricultural plant. And the objective of this study was to put it to practical use.This burner consited of a hopper, feeder pipe, air blower and vortex burning chamber. The main results were as follows:1. The burning layer in a burner in turn was consisted of the layers of ash, oxidation , restoration and carbonization to the lower layer.2. The burning performance of the burner was influenced by the qantity of air blast and the quantity of pellets.3. The proper condition of burning was 4.0 10 m/s in the rate of air and 16 kg/h in the feeding rate of pellets.4. In the case of practical use test with the heating unit fitted with the biomass pellet burner, the temperatures in the heating house were nearly uniformity.5. It is clear from the above test that the heating unit fitted with the biomass pellet burner shows great adaptability for the practical use.
