Effect of oxidizing bleaching agent on the degradation and decoloring of fabric dyed with metalyzed dye in bleaching process was investigate.The trouble is cause by accelelating of decomposition rate of bleaching agentin aqueous solution.The cause of that was cleared that a metal in the fabric ,especially a copper,catalyzes the bleaching agent. In this study it was cleared that EDTANa -Mg,tannic acid and amino acid surfactant derived from amino acid had a remarkable resisting effect of the degradation and decoloring of dyed fabric in bleaching agent. Pretreating with tannic acid , adding EDTANa-Mg or amino aid surfactant to bleaching solution prevented this trouble.And also decomposition rate of bleaching agent was depressed by these materials. It was assumed that a metal chelated with the dye in the fabric was not pulled out by these materials.the effect of that was due to an interaction betweeen the metal and these materials, respectively. Based on the spectroscopic measurements, EDTANa-Mg,tannic acid and amino acid is complexes with a copper in the dyed fabric, respectively. Anionic acid surfactant,such as amino acid surfactant,is widely used as detergent in home laundry.It can be applied to bleach the dyed fabric in order to protect the trouble in bleaching process.I think,, threfore, amino acid surfactant is the best materials for practical use.
本文研究了氧化性漂白剂对金属化染料染色织物在漂白过程中降解脱色的影响,认为这是由于漂白剂在水溶液中分解速度加快所致,其原因是织物中的一种金属,特别是铜对漂白剂有催化作用。研究表明,EDTANa-Mg、鞣酸和氨基酸衍生的氨基酸表面活性剂对染色织物在漂白剂中的降解脱色有显著的抑制作用。采用单宁酸预处理、添加EDTANa-Mg或氨基助剂等表面活性剂可有效地防止漂白剂的分解,降低漂白剂的分解速率。据推测,与织物中的染料螯合的金属没有被这些材料拉出来。这种效果是由于金属和这些材料之间的相互作用。根据光谱测定,EDTANa-Mg、单宁酸和氨基酸分别与染色织物中的铜形成络合物。阴离子型表面活性剂如氨基酸表面活性剂在家庭洗衣中被广泛用作洗涤剂,可用于染色织物的漂白,以避免漂白过程中的麻烦,因此,我认为氨基酸表面活性剂是最好的实用材料。
