项目摘要

昭和61年度では、エライオフィリン(1)の分子中に存在する26個(セコ酸中13個)の不斉中心をD-glucose(2)及びlevoglucosan(3)から立体選択的に構築することを計画した。Aセグメントに対応するα-L-fucoside部分は(2)からfucal誘導体(4)へと変換した。この際水酸基の保護は合成の最終段階で予想される化合物の不安定さから中性的条件下に脱保護する必要性からシリル化合物を利用した。一方Bセグメントはlevoglucosan(3)から誘導される3,4-エポキシ体に対して立体及び位置選択的にEt基を導入することにより合成された。ここに合成したAセグメント(4)とBセグメント(5)を立体選択的にα-L-glycosldationを行い糖鎖部分構造に相当する化合物(6)を合成した。

In Showa 61, there were 26 (13) D-glucose(2) and levoglucosan(3) stereoselective structures in the molecules of D-glucose(1) and levoglucosan(3). The α-L-fucoside part of the A gene is converted into the α-L-fucoside part of the A gene by converting the α-L-fucoside part into the fucoside part. The protection of the aqueous acid group in the final stage of synthesis is expected to be the necessity of deprotection under unstable and neutral conditions. A group of B molecules are introduced into the 3,4-diamino group of levoglucosan(3). The synthesis of compound (4) and compound (5) was carried out by stereoselective α-L-glycosylation, and the structure of sugar lock moiety was obtained by synthesis of compound (6).
