本年度の研究の重点は二点であった。第一に『夷堅志』・『清明集』その他の史料を分析することによって、主に宋代に於ける人格的隷属関係の実態を把握することであり、第二にそれらの史料に使われている特殊な用語を解明するために辞書・索引類の整理をすることであった。まず後者については言えば、九種類の辞書・索引類の項目をカード化し、五十音順に並べ、検索に便利なようにするという作業がほぼ終了し、研究が進めやすくなった。今後さらに収録の範囲を広げ、より有効性を持つものとしてゆく必要がある。次に研究の中心である前者については述べる。宋代の人格的隷属関係の諸相として、三つの場合が考えられる。それは(1)官僚-胥吏,(2)官・吏-民,(3)民間、である。中でも注目されるのは(2)と(3)である。まず(2)では、国家と民とを結びつけるものとして胥史の層としての存在、及び「豪横」等として問題とされる在地有力者の存在に注意しなければならない。彼らは国家支配を効率よく進めようという中央・地方の官僚と生産の現場にあって苦しんでいる郷村の民との間にあって、両者の要求を調節しつつ支配を推進し、且つ自己の利益をも計ろうとする。その際、彼らの取る手段は法や制度ではなく、直接的な人間関係に基く折衝なのである。その折衝次第で裁判や徴税のあり方が決定されるのであり、ここに賄賂等の「不正」が存在する場があった。次に(3)では、『夷堅志』等に特徴的に見られるように、様々な「僕」が登場してくることに注意したい。つまり、宗代には主-僕の関係が社会のあらゆる側面に見られる関係となっているのであり、秩序の基本となっていたと考えられる。その歴史的位置付けについては今後さらに分析を進めることが必要であるが、唐代以前の家族主義的人間関係とは質を異にするものであると考えられる。このように宋代には官から民に至るまで人格的隷属関係が重要な意味を持っていたのである。

This year's research focuses on two points. The first is to analyze the historical materials of Yi Jian Zhi and Qing Ming Ji, and the second is to grasp the subordinate relationship of personality in Song Dynasty. The latter includes the following: nine categories of dictionaries and index items; fifty tones; search convenience; work completion; research progress. In the future, the scope of the recording will be expanded, and the effectiveness of the recording will be maintained. The center of secondary research is the former. The subordinate relations of personality in Song Dynasty are examined on the occasions of all phases and three phases. (1) Bureaucrats-Petty Officials,(2) Officials-People,(3) Folk,. (2) The right hand of the left hand is the right hand. (2) The existence of historical layers, and the existence of powerful people in the earth should be noted. The central government and local officials are responsible for the regulation and promotion of the government's own interests. In the meantime, the method of taking is opposite to the system, and the direct relationship between the people is opposite to the system. There is no such thing as "wrong" in the judgment of the court. The third is the appearance of "servant" and "servant". The relationship between the master and the servant is the relationship between the master and the servant.
