1.本年度の研究実施計画は、(1)ポーランドの各種定期刊行物に掲載された記事・論文を素材とした、前年度に続く時期(1981年12月〜85年10月)の政治史的・法史的過程のクロノロジカルな整理と、各分野ごとの立法過程と法律の実施状況の分析の継続、(2)ポーランドの研究者からの聞きとりなど、現地での調査(学術振興会の派遣研究者としてポーランド・西ドイツ等を訪問)、(3)研究のとりまとめの方法論的検討、であった。2.これらをつうじて、(1)予定した時期における新聞記事を中心とする資料のクロノロジカルな整理をおおむね終了しつつあること、(2)国会議事録、既公刊・末公刊の法案、従業員自主管理についての報告書など法律の実施状況にかかわる資料等を入手したこと、(3)各分野の法律専門家のほか、従業員自主管理の活動家・労働組合の活動家・裁判官・弁護士・大学教員・憲法法廷の事務当局者・地方自治体の幹部・協同組合職員などの実務関係者からの聞きとりをおこなったこと、(4)西ドイツのポーランド法研究者数名と直接に接触して意見交換をおこなったこと、が今年度の主な成果である。その結果(これまでの努力とあわせ)入手を期待しうる資料のかなりの部分を入手することができ、資料蒐集の段階を基本的に終了した。また、現地調査をつうじて、再建された労働組合の社会評価、戒厳令以降の大学・裁判所の状況など、書かれた資料を補う意味をもつ情報に接することができた。3.今後、研究のとりまとめに入ってゆくが、さしあたり全体の構想(おおむね(1)「社会」の自立と政治システム、(2)生産におおける自主管理、(3)地域におる自主管理、(4)代表制の構造と機能、(5)司法制度と法曹自治)をスケッチした短い論文を執筆中であり、この構想にしたがって、一部分ずつ順次発表してゆく予定である。
