采用热丝法和立体显微镜研究了氯代氟铝电解过程中金属雾的产生规律。ALCL_3的低温电解分别在NaCL-ALCL_3或LiCL-ALCL_3浴中进行。在NaCL-ALCL_3液中沉积的铝表面为树枝状晶体,而在LiCL-ALCL_3液中沉积的铝表面为针状或蓬松状。金属雾的显著现象是沉积铝在镀液中的再溶解,在LiCL-ALCL_3镀液中比在NaCL-ALCL_3镀液中更容易发生。ALCL_3在NaCL-LiCL-ALCL_3槽内的高温电解表现为开始时为液滴型,30 ~ 60秒为层状。在这种情况下,短时间内几乎没有观测到金属雾。在熔融法电解中,铝的回收比加入汽化ALCL_3比加入固相ALCL_3更有优势。
英文摘要
This study was investigated the behaviour of occurrence of metal fog by the Hot-Filament methode and stereoscopic microscope on the aluminium electrolysis using chloride instead of fluoride. The low-temperature electrolysis of ALCL_3 was carried out in NaCL-ALCL_3 or LiCL-ALCL_3 bath. Apperance of aluminum deposition was shown the dendritic crystal in NaCL-ALCL_3 bath, but it in LiCL-ALCL_3 bath was needle or fluffy shape.The remarkable phenomena of metal fog is redissolution of depositted aluminum into bath, and it was easily ocurred in LiCL-ALCL_3 bath than NaCL-ALCL_3 bath. The high-temperature electrolysis of ALCL_3 was indicated a droplet type at start and layer at 30 60 sec in NaCL-LiCL-ALCL_3 bath. Inthis case, metal fog was observed hardly in short period of time.On the electrolysis in crusible methode, the recovery of Al has on advantege over the addition of vaporized ALCL_3 than the addition of solid ALCL_3 in the bath.
