项目摘要

1.砂田はネコの歯髄に実験的炎症を惹起させ,単一歯髄神経から経時的記録を行い,個々のニユットの電気的刺激に対する闘値の変化および反復興奮の発生機序について検索した.2.三条はレーザードプラー血流計を歯髄血流の定量的測定に応用した. その結果,歯髄血流は全身的要因である血圧の変動に影響されやすいことと歯髄血流の定量的測定による歯髄炎の鑑別診断の可能性が示唆された.3.米田は感染根管内容物に含まれる起炎物質のうち,ポリアミンに着目して高速液体クロマトグラフィーによる同時微量定量法の確立を行った.4.松本は象牙質知覚過敏症例に対し,Na:YAGレーザー,GaALAsレーザー,およびHeーNeレーザー照射を試みた. その結果,レーザー照射群は非照射群と比べて統計学的に有意に症状が改善した.5.岡田は根端切除術時に響取した根尖病巣を用いて,免疫学的手法により免疫担当細胞の同定を行った. また感染根管より分離同定した細菌と,各種臨床症状との関連性を解析し,同時に根管拡大に伴う生菌数および細胞叢の変動も検討した.6.村山は根尖性歯周組織疾患者11名の病巣に棲息する細胞を分離同定し,その細胞叢を調べた. また疾患関連細菌19菌種のIgG抗体レベルを病巣局所ならびに末梢血で測定した.7.青野はラットの下顎第一臼歯に根尖性歯周炎を発症させ,得られた試料から,PGE,合成酵素の局在について8,11,14ーeicosatrienoic acidを基質として検索した結果,骨髄および膿瘍中に局在を認めた.8.永澤は成犬の切歯に生活断髄を施して神経線維の変化を透過型電顕で観察した. その結果,歯髄神経線維においても切断後に軸索の腫大を伴う再生現象の生じることが確認された.
