The purpose of this project is to make clear the quenching effect of silicon iron alloys containing around 6 wt% silicon upon the magnetic properties such as magnetocrystalline anisotropy, magnetization and magnetostriction.As a result, we fined that the anisotropy constant decreases rapidly with increasing the disordered crystalline phase caused by rapid quenching and becomes about one fourth after quenching from 1100゜C. The magnetostriction constants <lambda bar>_<100> and <lambda bar>_<111> also changed and <lambda bar>_<100> increased on the other hand, <lambda bar>_<111> decreased by quenching.
本课题的目的是研究含硅量约为6wt%的硅铁合金的急冷效应对磁晶各向异性、磁化强度和磁致伸缩等磁性能的影响,结果表明:各向异性常数随急冷引起的无序晶相的增加而迅速减小,从1100 ℃急冷后各向异性常数约为1/4。磁致伸缩常数<lambda bar>_<100>和<lambda bar>_<111>也发生了变化,<lambda bar>淬火<100><lambda bar><111>使_增大,_减小.
