项目摘要

本研究は3カ年の継続研究であり, 昭和62年度はその初年度であるため, 主として本課題に関連する国内外の研究状況調査と基本資料の収集につとめ, 全体として当初予定の約40パーセントに及ぶ資料収集を実施した. また, 研究代表者は学士院賞受賞作『中国封建社会の構造』に続く『中国封建社会の構成』の執筆に着手した. この研究は, 儒教文化を東アジアにおける法の原点と見る立場から, 中国の庶民生活資料を駆使して村・家・工場・共産党・国家権力等の仕組みを明らかにしようと意図しており, 本重点領域研究の指標たるものと. 考えられる.この指標を前提として, 各分担者は以下の課題に関して研究・調査を行った.1)儒教倫理の追求とそれの中国社会で果してきた役割の解明(加地).2)文学作品に見られる儒教文化の分析-その時代低異同について(鈴木).3)現代中国政治における儒教的機能の存在形態-官僚性の内容(小林).4)清末・民初の教育に現われた儒教主義の制度と内容(阿部).なお, 以上のほか, 本重点領域研究の第一回全体会議への参加(加地, 鈴木)を始め, 個人的な中国現地調査による資料収集の実施(小林, 阿部)さらには二度にわたり訪日中国人学者(9月の中共党史代表団, 11月の重慶代表団)との研究交流・懇談会を開催した.
