In spite of the level up of life style, development of medical technologies and popularized of keep-fit movement, some people are left behind in the match of progress.For the purpose of the removal of dissatisfaction at present position and uneasiness for the future of these people, there are some effective methods to be examined.1) Customary education of a life worth living, health control, friendship association for a base of self care activities 2) Co-operation between family social work and community welfare program 3) The foundations of community and local enterprises 4) Network system of the welfare services 5) The shift of policy from correspond to the existing state to the coming of the future welfare service system.

随着生活方式的提高、医疗技术的发展和健身运动的普及，有一部分人在与时俱进的过程中被抛在了后面。为了消除这部分人对现状的不满和对未来的不安，有一些有效的方法值得探讨：1）生活价值的习惯教育，健康管理，友谊协会作为自我照顾活动的基地2）家庭社会工作与社区福利计划的合作3）社区和地方企业的基础4）福利服务的网络系统5）政策的转变从适应现有的状态到未来的福利服务系统的到来。
