Role of Epidermal Grpwth Factor in Human Endometrial Decidualization.

结果如下：（1）表皮生长因子（EGF）在蜕膜化子宫内膜中的免疫组织化学定位。(2)免疫沉淀-放射自显影清楚地表明蜕膜细胞的EGF的生产。(3)Scatchard图显示蜕膜细胞具有单一的EGF受体，Kd值为1.02 nM，Bmax值为89.4 pM/2 × 10^5个细胞。(4)EGF呈剂量依赖性地抑制蜕膜细胞催乳素的产生，IC_<50>为700 pg/ml。(5)EGF对催乳素产生的抑制作用是通过酪氨酸激酶和蛋白激酶C介导的。(6)EGF通过激活蛋白激酶C，增强特异性蛋白磷酸化（48 kDa，酸性蛋白）。

The results were as follows ; (1) Immunohistochemical localization of epidermal growth factor (EGF) were observed in decidualized human endometrium. (2) Production of EGF by decidual cells was clearly demonstrated immunoprecipitation-autoradiography. (3) Scatchard plots revealed decidual cell possesses single kind of EGF receptor with Kd of 1.02 nM and Bmax of 89.4 pM/2x10^5 cells. (4) EGF dosedependently inhibited prolactin production by decidual cells with IC_<50> of 700 pg/ml. (5) The inhibitory effect of EGF on prolactin production was induced by the tyrosine kinase and protein kinase C. (6) EGF enhanced specific protein phoshorylation (48kDa, acidic protein) by the activation of protein kinase C.
