英文摘要
This time, we have developed and improved a single impulse percussion device and further made an assessment regarding the material of percussion tip and percussion distance.Next, measurement was made of dental shaking on a model on which artificial teeth are planted and also differences of the thicknesses of teeth in various kinds and periodontium in the direction of percussion. As a result, the following results have been obtained :1. Regarding the material, acryl showed the smallest coefficient of variation in the man power of the acceleration.2. Percussion distance exhibited small coefficients of variation between 1.0 and 2. Omm.3. The max power of the acceleration by kind of tooth was the smallest in the maxllary first molar followed by the maxillary first premolar and maxllary central incisor in the order. The trend was the same regarding duration time.4. Regarding the thickness of the periodontium, thicker it is, the max power of the acceleration became larger. The result was the same regarding duration time.5. Regarding percussion power, if, it decreases, the decreasing rate of the max power of the acceleration became large when the periodontium of the maxillary first molar was thick and thin and when the first premolar was thin. No change was observed in duration time in any state.
