项目摘要

本年度においては、前年度にパソコン入力した手形帳のデ-タ分析と、銀行勘定帳(昭和26、28、30、33年度)のデ-タ入力、分析および織物受払台帳の入力を行った。分析による結果は概略以下の通りである。1.同社の手形状況は昭和29年の経営再建を境として大きく変化する。同年以前は支払手形は満期(2〜2.5月)保有が大部分であるのに対し、受取手形は多くが割り引かれた。ただし、丸紅・伊藤忠等の大手繊維商社振出の手形は富弥・亀井・京都シルク等の織物問屋のそれとは期間、割引時期に違いがみられ、後者の方が遅くまで保有される傾向にあった。しかし、再建後は、手形の出回りが減るとともに、受取手形の割引も激減した。2.銀行取引においては、県内各行に当座勘定を持っているが、福井銀行勝山支店勘定が圧倒的で、他行からの預金振替が同店に集中している。また銀行からの手形借入も専ら同行に依っている。ただし、再建後は都銀勘定の引揚げも見られるが、福井取行の当座勘定の当座勘定も取引頻度が減少している点が興味深い。3.原糸・製品取引については、昭和26年の増資以来倉レとの取引が多く、専ら倉レの糸を扱う神戸産業・鈴木産業の他、丸紅・伊藤忠や、日レとの関係が深い酒伊商事も倉レの糸を多く扱っている。これに対し再建後は、倉レとの賃織関係が強まるが、同時に、蝶理・日トレ等による東レのナイロン・アミラン、大セルとのアセテ-ト、帝人商事とのダイヤ糸取引など、多様化がみられる。このことが後に東レの系列参加につながっていくと考えられる。
