项目摘要

(1)目的:精神薄弱養護学校ではどのように学級編成され、どのように週時程が組れているか、最適化支援を目的として日仏比較した。(2)対象:フランスでの実態は、フランス国立特殊教育研究所にいた時(85,86)、Institut Me^^′dicoーE^^′ducatif de BEAUVAISを対象としてなされた。日本での対象校は、62年度科研で動作優先テンポ調査を実施した札幌・星置養護学校、及び集団編成にさまざまな工夫を凝らしてきた京都・与謝の海養護学校の2校で、各小学部2、5年、中学部2年該当の計各3クラスを対象とした。(3)結果1:動作優先テンポ調査による学級編成、集団編成の実態比較。どんな障害児を受け入れ、どのように学級編成しているか。精神活動テンポの指標となる生体のリズム駆動機序に対応して、(a)歩行運動の相反性リズム駆動、(b)跳躍動作の伸展性リズム駆動、両者における好きな速さの持続・安定、スピ-ド調節、同期能を調査した。フランスでは同年齢で学級編成せず、精神活動テンポの速い子どもから遅い子どもまでゆるやかなS字形分布になるよう編成され、家庭的な小舎制の原理が貫かれていた。日本のほうが同年齢ないし能力差の小さい編成となっていた。(4)結果2:スナップ・リ-ディングの実施による週時程の動能比較。自らの動作テンポで持てる力をどのように発揮しているか。クラスの中庸に位置する典型児童生徒を対象として、一週間の活動動能をスナップ・リ-ディング。定位対象、対人関係、活動姿勢、場所、活動内容(生活、遊び、からだ、学習、作業)、手の操作等、5分毎にリ-デイング解析した。週時程は日本のほうが細分化されているが、(a)週休2日の半日を地域社会教育サ-クルで統合教育を実施、(b)室内よりも戸外での身体活動と生活単元学習の実施、(c)教室内の居間的空間の配慮によるリラゼイション等、結果としてフランスのほうがゆったりした展開で、かつ活動関係水準もダイナミック。最適化課題を検討した。
