Radiographic Study of Sialolithiasis on Objective Evaluation of Sialography.

本文对涎腺疾病的腮腺造影术和X线平片的诊断意义进行了探讨，结果如下：1.本研究的临床资料来源于1978-1989年在大阪牙科大学口腔放射科就诊的涎石症患者449例。腮腺涎石症7例。涎石症的发生率在性别之间大致平均(男性：女性=222：220)，患者确诊时的平均年龄为40.2岁。下颌管和腺区左右两侧差异无统计学意义(右侧：左侧=222：220)。唾液绞痛、唾液腺肿胀是涎石症的典型症状。有症状242例(54.8%)。结石无明显症状，常规X光检查发现结石多为79…。病例较多(17.9%)。对122例腮腺造影术患者进行了腮腺造影术的有效性和X线平片检查意义的研究。X线平片检查可通过轴位和侧位斜牙合投影法判断唾液结石的大致情况。此外，即使是通过触诊获得的信息也成为关于决定的帮助。涎腺造影有助于判断96例(78.7%)，唾液腺组织状况和唾液结石位置的确定是有效的。唾液腺结石的分维为1.22，正常腺体的分维为1.29。可以设想将复杂结构唾液相图的变化作为客观分级的指标，并利用分形函数进行测量。我们认为，在临床表现和组织病理学的对比上，它在实际应用中需要改进，比现在的形式准确。较少

We carried out examination about the significance to diagnosis of sialography and plain radiographic examination in diseases of salivary glands.The following results were obtained :1. The material in the clinical part of the investigation consisted of 449 patients with sialolithiasis, diagnosed in Department of Oral Radiology, Osaka Dental University, during 1978 -1989. Patients with the sialolithasis of parotid gland were 7cases.a. The occurrence of the sialolithiasis is approximately evenly between the sexes (male : female=222 : 220), and the mean age of the patient at the time of diagnosis was 40.2 years.b. There was not the right and left difference in submandibular duct and gland region (right side : left side =222 : 220).c. The salivary colic and swelling of salivary gland was characteristic symptoms of the sialolithiasis. The symptom presents in 242 cases (54.8%).
