To build expert systems, we have to acquire human expert's knowledge, represent it in an computer and make good use of it. In this research, we formulate and implement a fuzzy frame system for representing knowledge with a fuzzy structure and a fuzzy value, in which we can attach an importance value to a slot and define a fuzzy set as a slot value.In 1990, we formulated a fuzzy frame and implemented its prototype system. In 1991, we evaluated the system and improved it. More details are the followings.・Evaluation of Fuzzy Frame System : We described several systems using fuzzy frame system for evaluation. From its experience, were had several points to be improved, which include(a)a change in notations for super and sub classes, (b)an introduction of switch for a way of fuzzy inheritance, and(c)a definition of its own fuzzy set names in a class.・Implementation of the points to be improved : We improved the above points.We retrieve a data from fuzzy frame system in a procedural command. We, however, find several problems in it. It is a future work to consider and introduce a new type of non-procedural command language.
