项目摘要

1戦略的手術遂行能力の解析:このうち「肺葉切除術のエキスパ-ト・システムの構築」の研究成果は本年10月北京で開催されたThe ChinaーJapan Industrial Symposium on Industrial Managementで「An expert system for planning and simulation of surgeryーKnowledge acquisition of a surgical operation(thoracotomy)」と題して発表した。外科手術を知識工学の視点から分析した研究はこの研究が嚆矢であるからそれ相応の関心を集めた。次ぎなる本研究の課題は知識工学とは無縁の医学界に知識工学の有用性を如何に認識させるかである。2基本手術手技の研究:運針術(縫合術)の研究は運針術の理論を相当に体系化することができた。その成果はThe 8th Congress of the Asian Surgical Association(Fukuoka)で「Systematization and theorization of the operation technique for postgraduate education in surgery」とThe 34th World Congress of Surgery of the International Society of Surgery(Stockholm.Sweden)で「Theorization of the technique for suturing」として発表した。論文発表は「Theorization of needleーholder handling for aortic valve replacement」.Advances in Cardiovascular Surgery ed.by Matsumoto A..Elsevier.Amsterdam.Netherlands.pp.173ー174.「Strategy of suturing technique for confined operating space in operation」pp.367ー368.「Quality of surgeon's suturing technique and its restrictionーA role of the forcepsー」.pp.365ー366.「Suturing techniques for a restricted operating space」.International Surgery(in press).「Systematization and theorization of the operation techniques for postgraduate education in surgery:Analysis of suture tracks and the role of forceps in better suturing」.Asian Journal of Surgery(in press).「The surgeon's technical skill in suturingーAnalysis on the basis of suture tracksー」.Surgery(under submission).「A leftーhand rule as a guide for suturing」.Annals of Surgery (under submission)である。
