We have developed a stellar speckle spectroscopic camera, which enables high spatial resolution spectroscopy from the ground. We conducted several observational runs by using our camera attached to the 188cm telescope of the Okayama Astrophysical Observatory, National Astronomical Observatory.It has been shown that our speckle spectroscopic method enables quantitative spectral analysis similar to an ordinary spectrometer. We spatially resolved the spectra of a binary star, ADS 12973 of which angular separation is 0.26". The reconstructed Halpha absorption lines shifts each other corresponding to the relative position of the two stars.We revealed that the primary star of phiAnd has Halpha emission line but the secondary star has Halpha absorption line. The angular separation of phiAnd is 0.35" and it is very difficult to spatially resolve the spectra by ordinary methods under atmospheric turbulence. Our stellar speckle spectroscopic method will be useful for precise study of stellar objects, which needs point-by-point spectroscopy.
