DEVELOPMENT OF SATELLITE IMAGE DATABASE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATION OF METEOROLOGICAL DISASTER POTENTIAL

东北大学接收到的NOAA卫星HRPT/AVHRR数据被汇编成图像数据库JAIDAS，并提供给公众用户进行时间序列分析。开发的系统通过免费的软件服务器提供给公众用户。1. JAIDAS图像显示器：该程序可以显示Ch-2和Ch-4两个通道的图像，并显示亮度/亮度-温度直方图。用户可以选择范围图像，全尺寸（1024 x1024）或部分区域（300 x300或100 x100）和任意显示灰度2.分类程序：根据图像的二维直方图，在PC显示器上进行类别分类3.图像匹配：详细的图像匹配经纬度系统是可用的。4.相关分析工具的时间序列图像5.打印出实用程序的LISPS-3型打印机。

NOAA-satellite HRPT/AVHRR data recieved at Tohoku University are compiled as the image database JAIDAS and served to public user for time series analyzes.In this study, a support sysytem of the image-database JAIDAS have been developed for users who utilize personal computers. The developed system is served to public user through free-soft-server. The system contains follows :1.A viewer of JAIDAS image : This program can show two channel images, Ch-2 and Ch-4, together with histogram of brightness/brightness-temperature. User can select the range image, full-size(1024x1024) or part areas(300x300 or 100x100) and arbitrary gray scale of display.2.Classification program : Basing 2-dimensional histogram of image, a category classification can be carried out on PC display.3.Image matching : Detail image matching to the latitude-longitude system is available.4.Correlation analysis utility for time sequential images5.Print out utility for LISPS-3 type printer.
