1.作製したモノクローナル抗体(MoAb)の免疫源はその後のPCRを用いた検討にて、COLO205であることが判明した。ヒト乳癌細胞株の樹立の際にCOLO205がcontaminationしていたものと考えられた。2.(1)正常食堂粘膜上皮を分化誘導し、分化関連抗原を認識しているかを二重染色法にて施行したが、明らかではなかった。食道癌では一般にheterogeneityが認められるが、正常食堂粘膜を含む食道癌症例の免疫組織化学的染色では高分化食道癌の部分と正常粘膜の部分に主に染色性が陽性であり、分化関連抗原との関連が示唆された。(2)また免疫源が大腸癌細胞株であったため、大腸癌症例でも同様に免疫組織化学的染色を用いて検討したが、正常粘膜に染色性が陽性であり、進行癌では分化度とは関係なく若干の陽性率であり、sm癌でも染色性は陰性であった。(3)乳癌における検討では分化度の高い充実腺管癌に陽性でcomedoではその部分のみに染色性を認めた。(4)消化管正常粘膜における染色性は食道、大腸で陽性であり、胃、小腸ではあまり染色性は認められなかった。3.本院で手術された乳癌症例で、10年経過非再発群(15例)と再発群(15例)の原発巣の免疫組織化学的染色での検討では、両群間に有意な差は認めなかった。4.ウエスタン・ブロッティングによる抗原決定基の検討では抗原決定基は蛋白であった。
